May 21, 2026Divi Form Builder: Privilege escalationCVE-2026-5118 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8
The Divi Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to privilege escalation in versions up to, and including, 5.1.2. This is due to the plugin accepting a user-controlled 'role' parameter from POST data during user registration without validating it against the form's configured default_user_role setting. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to create administrator accounts by tampering with the role parameter during registration.

May 21, 2026Avada Builder (fusion-builder): Unauthenticated Remote Code ExecutionCVE-2026-6279 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8
The Avada Builder (fusion-builder) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Unauthenticated Remote Code Execution via PHP Function Injection in versions up to and including 3.15.2. This is due to the `wp_conditional_tags` case in `Fusion_Builder_Conditional_Render_Helper::get_value()` passing attacker-controlled values from a base64-decoded JSON blob directly to `call_user_func()` without any allowlist validation. This is exploitable by unauthenticated attackers through the `fusion_get_widget_markup` AJAX endpoint, which is registered for non-privileged (unauthenticated) users via `wp_ajax_nopriv_fusion_get_widget_markup`. The endpoint is protected only by a nonce (`fusion_load_nonce`), but this nonce is generated for user ID 0 and is deterministically exposed in the JavaScript output of any public-facing page containing a Post Cards (`[fusion_post_cards]`) or Table of Contents (`[fusion_table_of_contents]`) element. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected sites.

May 20, 2026SureCart version prior to 4.2.1 are vulnerable to authenticated SQL injection via multiple parameters ('model_name', 'model_id', 'integration_id', 'provider') oCVE-2026-9065 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by vulnreport@tenable.comCritical 9.3
SureCart version prior to 4.2.1 are vulnerable to authenticated SQL injection via multiple parameters ('model_name', 'model_id', 'integration_id', 'provider') on the REST API endpoint '/surecart/v1/integrations/{id}'. The root cause is a flawed escaping bypass in the query builder ('wp-query-builder'). Values passed to the 'where()' method are only sanitized via '$wpdb->prepare()' when they do **not** contain a dot ('.') or the WordPress table prefix ('wp_'). By including a dot anywhere in the payload, an attacker completely bypasses the escaping logic and injects arbitrary SQL into the 'WHERE' clause, allowing full UNION-based extraction of the database.
- What to do
- Update the plugin to the newest version.
May 20, 2026Boost: PHP Object InjectionCVE-2026-7637 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8
The Boost plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in versions up to, and including, 2.0.3 via deserialization of untrusted input in the STYXKEY-BOOST_USER_LOCATION cookie. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject a PHP Object. No known POP chain is present in the vulnerable software, which means this vulnerability has no impact unless another plugin or theme containing a POP chain is installed on the site. If a POP chain is present via an additional plugin or theme installed on the target system, it may allow the attacker to perform actions like delete arbitrary files, retrieve sensitive data, or execute code depending on the POP chain present.

The ProSolution WP Client plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in versions up to, and including, 2.0.0. May 15, 2026Form Notify: Authentication BypassCVE-2026-5229 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8
The Form Notify plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass in versions up to and including 1.1.10. This is due to the plugin trusting user-controlled cookie data to determine which WordPress account to authenticate after a LINE OAuth login. When LINE doesn't provide an email address (which is common), the plugin falls back to reading the 'form_notify_line_email' cookie value without verifying that the LINE account is associated with that email address. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to gain access to any user account on the site, including administrator accounts, by completing a LINE OAuth flow with their own LINE account while injecting a malicious cookie containing the target victim's email address.

May 1, 2026Temporary Login: Authentication BypassCVE-2026-7567 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8
The Temporary Login plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass in versions up to and including 1.0.0. This is due to improper input validation in the maybe_login_temporary_user() function, which fails to verify that the 'temp-login-token' GET parameter is a scalar string before processing it. When the parameter is supplied as an array, PHP's empty() check is bypassed and sanitize_key() returns an empty string, which is then passed as the meta_value to get_users(). WordPress ignores an empty meta_value and returns all users matching the meta_key '_temporary_login_token', allowing authentication without a valid token. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to authenticate as any active temporary login user by sending a single crafted GET request.

Apr 22, 2026Create DB Tables: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-4119 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.1
The Create DB Tables plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to and including 1.2.1. The plugin registers admin_post action hooks for creating tables (admin_post_add_table) and deleting tables (admin_post_delete_db_table) without implementing any capability checks via current_user_can() or nonce verification via wp_verify_nonce()/check_admin_referer(). The admin_post hook only requires the user to be logged in, meaning any authenticated user including Subscribers can access these endpoints. The cdbt_delete_db_table() function takes a user-supplied table name from $_POST['db_table'] and executes a DROP TABLE SQL query, allowing any authenticated attacker to delete any database table including critical WordPress core tables such as wp_users or wp_options. The cdbt_create_new_table() function similarly allows creating arbitrary tables. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to create arbitrary database tables and delete any existing database table, potentially destroying the entire WordPress installation.

This is due to the plugin trusting a user-supplied Base64-encoded user ID in the token parameter to identify users, leaking valid authentication tokens through the 'barcodeScannerConfigs' action, and lacking meta-key restrictions on the 'setUserMeta' action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to escalate their privileges to that of an administrator by first spoofing the admin user ID to leak their authentication token, then using that token to update any user's 'wp_capabilities' meta to gain full administrative access.

Apr 15, 2026Visa Acceptance Solutions: Authentication BypassCVE-2026-3461 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8
The Visa Acceptance Solutions plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass in all versions up to, and including, 2.1.0. This is due to the `express_pay_product_page_pay_for_order()` function logging users in based solely on a user-supplied billing email address during guest checkout for subscription products, without verifying email ownership, requiring a password, or validating a one-time token. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to log in as any existing user, including administrators, by providing the target user's email address in the billing_details parameter, resulting in complete account takeover and site compromise.

Apr 13, 2026LearnPress: Unauthorized data deletionCVE-2026-4365 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.1
The LearnPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized data deletion due to a missing capability check on the `delete_question_answer()` function in all versions up to, and including, 4.3.2.8. The plugin exposes a `wp_rest` nonce in public frontend HTML (`lpData`) to unauthenticated visitors, and uses that nonce as the only security gate for the `lp-load-ajax` AJAX dispatcher. The `delete_question_answer` action has no capability or ownership check. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to delete any quiz answer option by sending a crafted POST request with a publicly available nonce.

Apr 8, 2026DSGVO Google Web Fonts GDPR: Arbitrary file uploadCVE-2026-3535 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8
The DSGVO Google Web Fonts GDPR plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file upload due to missing file type validation in the `DSGVOGWPdownloadGoogleFonts()` function in all versions up to, and including, 1.1. The function is exposed via a `wp_ajax_nopriv_` hook, requiring no authentication. It fetches a user-supplied URL as a CSS file, extracts URLs from its content, and downloads those files to a publicly accessible directory without validating the file type. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload arbitrary files including PHP webshells, leading to remote code execution. The exploit requires the site to use one of a handful of specific themes (twentyfifteen, twentyseventeen, twentysixteen, storefront, salient, or shapely).

Apr 8, 2026Users manager – PN: Privilege EscalationCVE-2026-4003 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8
The Users manager – PN plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation via Arbitrary User Meta Update in all versions up to and including 1.1.15. This is due to a flawed authorization logic check in the userspn_ajax_nopriv_server() function within the 'userspn_form_save' case. The conditional only blocks unauthenticated users when the user_id is empty, but when a non-empty user_id is supplied, execution bypasses this check entirely and proceeds to update arbitrary user meta via update_user_meta() without any authentication or authorization verification. Additionally, the nonce required for this AJAX endpoint ('userspn-nonce') is exposed to all visitors via wp_localize_script on the public wp_enqueue_scripts hook, rendering the nonce check ineffective as a security control. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to update arbitrary user metadata for any user account, including the userspn_secret_token field.

Apr 7, 2026Everest Forms: PHP Object InjectionCVE-2026-3296 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8
The Everest Forms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 3.4.3 via deserialization of untrusted input from form entry metadata. This is due to the html-admin-page-entries-view.php file calling PHP's native unserialize() on stored entry meta values without passing the allowed_classes parameter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject a serialized PHP object payload through any public Everest Forms form field. The payload survives sanitize_text_field() sanitization (serialization control characters are not stripped) and is stored in the wp_evf_entrymeta database table. When an administrator views entries or views an individual entry, the unsafe unserialize() call processes the stored data without class restrictions.
