Customer portals and client dashboards

A customer portal, instead of forty email threads.

Files in email, invoices in another app, status updates by text, and the same three questions every week. A customer portal puts it all in one place your clients sign into: their documents, their invoices, their orders, their project, their messages. We build them, and we run our own.

Customer portals

What a customer portal can hold.

Secure sign-in

Email links or passwords, with access enforced in the database itself, so one client can never see another's data even if someone tries to force it.

Running in VYVE's data-layer security

Files and documents

Uploads, contracts and deliverables stored privately per account, ready when the client needs them.

Invoices and payments

Invoices clients can view and pay online by card or bank transfer, with receipts sent automatically.

Running in online payments

Status and history

Where a job, an order or a project stands right now, and everything that came before it.

Everyone on one record

The client, their team and yours working off the same record, with messages kept next to what they're about.

Running in Cue, one record per event

Your systems behind it

Connected to the tools you already run, so nothing is typed in twice.

Proof

Built and running. Go look.

Cue

The business behind the booth: a wedding DJ's inquiries, contracts, payments, planning and the live run of show, in one app.

01

Inquiry to last song on one record. Pipeline, Smart Files, contracts, invoices and payments, the couple's planning, and the night's timeline all hang off the same event.

02

A live run of show. On the night, the timeline runs itself: cues, drift against the plan, and the next moment on the DJ's lock screen, Dynamic Island and Apple Watch.

03

Apps for both sides. A business app for the DJ and a separate app for the couple on iPhone, plus the web dashboard.

VYVE

The live event operating system for bars, venues and resorts. Every phone in the room and every TV on the wall, in sync.

01

Six modules, one platform. DJOS for the booth, CrowdOS for the guests, DisplayOS for every TV, plus PlayOS party games, TriviaOS and TournamentOS.

02

Realtime that survives a packed bar. Guest phones and venue TVs stay in step the same second, and keep going when the venue Wi-Fi doesn't, because the night can't stop.

03

AI moderation with a human override. Every guest photo and shoutout is screened by our AI vision system before it reaches the TV, and the DJ can reverse any call in one tap.

Who we build for

For businesses with repeat customers.

We build customer portals for businesses whose customers come back: contractors with ongoing jobs, suppliers with repeat orders, agencies and consultants with active projects, property managers, practices that share documents, and event companies working with a couple for a year before the date.

We run one ourselves. Our own clients sign into a portal for their project, their files, their change requests and their invoices, and Cue gives wedding DJs, couples and planners one shared record per event.

A portal holds real customer data, so security comes first: access rules in the database, private file storage per account, and no keys or passwords ever sent to the browser.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can customers pay invoices in the portal?

Yes. Invoices can be viewed and paid online by card or bank transfer, with receipts sent automatically and the record updated when the payment settles.

How do you keep each customer's data separate?

Access is enforced in the database itself, not just hidden in the screens, so a request for someone else's data returns nothing. Files are stored privately per account.

Can it connect to the software we already use?

Usually, yes. We look at what you run and connect to it, so orders, jobs or invoices flow in without anyone retyping them.

Let's give your customers one place to go.

A website, a booking system, an app, or the thing you've been running out of a spreadsheet for three years. A few lines is plenty.

02A planning call, then a written plan with the price and the date
