Online payments and subscriptions

Online payments that charge the right amount, every time.

Taking a card is easy. Charging the right amount with the right tax, handling the refund, recording the sale and telling the right person is where most setups fall apart. We build payments into websites and apps properly: deposits, invoices, subscriptions, sales tax and payouts.

Online payments

What we build around a payment.

Prices that never disagree

One pricing function shared by the product page, the cart and the charge, so the number the customer sees is the number they pay.

Sales tax by address

Tax worked out from the customer's address, only where you're registered, shown before they pay, and recorded for filing.

Running in Pierpoint Events and Goose-Grip

Subscriptions and plans

Monthly and annual plans, intro pricing, upgrades, downgrades, failed-payment emails and cancellations that actually change access.

Running in VYVE's subscriptions

Deposits and invoices

Deposits at booking, invoices clients pay online by card or bank transfer, and receipts sent automatically.

Refunds and payouts

Refunds that happen when they should and never twice, and payouts to the people who earned them.

Orders that reach you

Every paid order sent to your shipping software, your inbox or your team, with nothing typed in by hand.

Online storeLive

Goose-Grip

A store for a patent-pending mechanic's work light. Every option prices itself, tax is worked out from the address, and each paid order reaches the shipping software and the owner's inbox on its own.

01

Prices that follow the options. Power source, sleeve pattern, housing and hard case all feed one pricing function that the product page, the cart and the charge share, so the number never disagrees.

02

Sales tax worked out at the address. Tax is calculated from the shipping address and shown before the customer pays, only where the business is registered, and every sale is recorded for filing.

03

Orders that land where he works. Every paid order shows up in his shipping software with the items, options, address and weight, ready for a label, and an email lands in two inboxes with exactly what to build.

Live event platformLive

VYVE

The live event operating system for bars, venues and resorts. Every phone in the room and every TV on the wall, in sync.

01

Six modules, one platform. DJOS for the booth, CrowdOS for the guests, DisplayOS for every TV, plus PlayOS party games, TriviaOS and TournamentOS.

02

Realtime that survives a packed bar. Guest phones and venue TVs stay in step the same second, and keep going when the venue Wi-Fi doesn't, because the night can't stop.

03

AI moderation with a human override. Every guest photo and shoutout is screened by our AI vision system before it reaches the TV, and the DJ can reverse any call in one tap.

Who we build for

Your payment account, built in properly.

We build online payments into websites, portals and apps for businesses that sell products, take deposits, send invoices or run subscriptions. The money goes through a major payment processor into your own account, and card details go straight to the processor, never through your site.

We've built it for a store with hundreds of option combinations, an event company renting equipment with state and county sales tax, and our own subscription software with plan tiers, sales tax and payouts to DJs.

The hard part of payments isn't the button. It's every case around it: the wrong price, the failed card, the refund, the tax report. That's the part we build carefully.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need a store platform to take payments online?

No. Payments can be built straight into your site through your own payment account, with no monthly store platform in the middle. You still pay the processor's card fees, as you would anywhere.

Can you handle South Carolina sales tax?

Yes. Tax can be worked out from the customer's address, only where you're registered, shown before they pay, and recorded for filing. We've built it for stores, rentals and subscriptions.

Do you ever see my customers' card numbers?

No. Card details are entered into the payment processor's own secure form and go straight to them. Neither we nor your site ever see or store them.

A website, a booking system, an app, or the thing you've been running out of a spreadsheet for three years. A few lines is plenty.
