Websites for medical, dental and orthodontic practices

Websites for practices, where a new patient decides.

A new patient looks at three practices on a phone and books with the one that made it easy. Your site has to show the treatment they want, the doctor they'll see, the reviews that reassure them and a way to request an appointment without a phone call during work hours. We build practice websites that do that, with the privacy a practice owes its patients.

Medical and dental practices

What a practice's site has to get right.

A page for every treatment

Implants, Invisalign, braces, cleanings, sedation, a specialty procedure: each with its own page written for what patients search, with the doctor, the process and the questions patients actually ask.

Appointment requests that work at 11 PM

A request form or online scheduling that works on a phone, confirms by email or text, and lands where your front desk works. Tested with your team before launch.

Running in Your Therapy Works: booking from her real hours

One truth about hours and offers

Hours, new-patient offers and insurance accepted stated once and shown everywhere, so the home page and the new-patient page never disagree. It happens more than you'd think.

Reviews and credentials together

Your Google reviews, board certifications and years in practice next to the treatment a patient is reading about, where the decision is made.

Privacy handled properly

No patient details in ordinary email, forms that collect only what the front desk needs, no trackers you didn't choose, and a privacy policy that matches what the site does.

Fast, calm, readable

Measured on a real phone on a cellular connection. No pop-ups for an offer that ended in May, no auto-playing video, large readable type.

Your Therapy Works

A counseling and clinical hypnotherapy practice in Myrtle Beach. Clients book a free first call from her real hours, and she runs inquiries, calls and her practice email from one private dashboard.

01

Book a first call online. The next open time sits on the first screen, pulled from the hours she sets herself.

02

Her own dashboard. Inquiries, booked calls, her hours and her email in one place, signed into with a six-digit code instead of a password.

03

Practice email that stays private. Every message to her practice address lands in the dashboard, searchable down to any word, and she answers from her own address with her signature attached.

Housecall Auto Mechanics

A mobile mechanic's site, moved off Wix without losing a link and sitting at the top of Google's local results for mobile mechanic in Myrtle Beach.

01

A clean move off Wix. Nameservers moved, every email record copied exactly, the TLS certificate issued, and every old page address kept or redirected, so nothing Google had indexed broke.

02

Local SEO that does its job. LocalBusiness structured data, a clean sitemap, his existing Search Console verification carried over, and pages written around what people actually search for.

03

Built for a phone at the roadside. Call and text buttons that follow you down the page, plain prices, and a contact form that lands in his inbox.

Who we build for

Built for practices patients trust.

We build websites for medical, dental and orthodontic practices in South Carolina: general dentistry, orthodontics, dermatology, physical therapy, counseling, specialists and multi-location groups. The site is designed and coded for your practice, never a dental template with the logo swapped.

A practice website has two jobs: win the new patient who is comparing three practices on a phone, and keep the existing patient from having to call for things the site should answer. That means treatment pages that rank, an appointment request that works at night, hours and insurance that are always current, and the reviews and credentials that make a nervous patient comfortable. Our counseling and hypnotherapy client books first calls from her real hours and runs inquiries from a private dashboard, with patient details kept out of email.

Underneath is the engineering we use in our own products, which handle scheduling, payments and private data every day. When your practice is ready for online scheduling, new-patient paperwork online or a patient portal, it grows from the same foundation.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can patients book online, or just request an appointment?

Either. A request form is quick to build and lands with your front desk. Real online scheduling from your actual availability, with confirmations and reminders, is scoped as software and quoted in writing. We built the latter for a counseling practice in Myrtle Beach.

Does the site need to be HIPAA compliant?

The website itself should never hold protected health information, and we build it so it doesn't: forms collect only what the front desk needs to call back, nothing clinical goes through ordinary email, and your patient records stay in your practice software. We'll walk through what the site collects on the planning call.

Can you move us off our current site without losing our Google ranking?

Yes. Every page address Google knows gets a permanent redirect to the right new page, your email records are copied before anything moves, and Google is told about the new site the same night.

How much does a practice website cost?

Business websites start at $5,000. A practice site with many treatment pages, online scheduling or several locations is scoped and quoted in writing after a short planning call, with the exact price and launch date.
