Websites for event companies, DJs and venues

Websites for event companies, built from inside the booth.

Couples and planners research you for weeks, often on one bar of signal at a venue walkthrough. Your site has to load anyway, show your work, rank for the venues you play, and turn interest into a booking. Our founder books, DJs and engineers events, so we build these from the inside.

Event companies and venues

What an event company's site has to do.

Rentals booked and paid online

Equipment and decor rentals with day rates, checkout by card, and state and county sales tax worked out from the address.

Running in Pierpoint Events: 43 rentals, online checkout

A page for every venue you've played

Couples search for vendors by venue. A real page for each room you know, linking the venue's own site, ranks for exactly those searches.

Running in Pierpoint Events: 41 venue pages

Fast on one bar of signal

Real event photos sent at the size each screen needs, so a gallery loads at a venue walkthrough instead of a black loading screen.

Running in Pierpoint: 7.3 MB home page down to 0.67 MB

Inquiries that land in your workflow

Inquiry forms that ask what you need to quote, and can flow straight into the planning platform you run your business on.

Running in Cue, our wedding DJ platform

Photo booth galleries

Albums guests can find and download, organized by event, without a slow gallery plugin.

A move that keeps everything

Every old page, gallery link and form entry carried over, with every old address landing somewhere real.

Running in Pierpoint: 160 of 160 old addresses kept

Pierpoint Events

An AVL, DJ, photobooth and rentals company's site, rebuilt from scratch: rentals you can book and pay for online, a page for every venue they've worked, and readable in two seconds on one bar of signal.

01

Designed and built from scratch. No page builder and no template.

02

Rentals you can book and pay for. 43 rentals with written descriptions and day rates, checkout by card or Cash App, and South Carolina and county sales tax worked out from the address, all through the payment account the business already had.

03

A page for every room they've played. 41 venue pages, each linking the venue's own site, six service-area pages and nine planning guides, written around what people search before they book.

Cue

The business behind the booth: a wedding DJ's inquiries, contracts, payments, planning and the live run of show, in one app.

01

Inquiry to last song on one record. Pipeline, Smart Files, contracts, invoices and payments, the couple's planning, and the night's timeline all hang off the same event.

02

A live run of show. On the night, the timeline runs itself: cues, drift against the plan, and the next moment on the DJ's lock screen, Dynamic Island and Apple Watch.

03

Apps for both sides. A business app for the DJ and a separate app for the couple on iPhone, plus the web dashboard.

Who we build for

We do events. That's the edge.

We build websites for event companies: wedding and party DJs, photo booth companies, AV and production companies, lighting and monogram rentals, tent and decor rentals, planners, and the venues they work in.

Our founder is the booking manager, a DJ and the production engineer at Pierpoint Events, so the Pierpoint rebuild came from inside the business: online rentals with sales tax, a page for every venue, photo booth galleries, and a site that reads in two seconds on a weak signal instead of about forty.

We also build Cue, a business platform for wedding DJs, and VYVE, a live event platform for venues. If your site needs to connect to the way you actually run events, that's the part we're best at.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can customers rent equipment and pay on my site?

Yes. Rentals with day rates, availability, checkout by card and sales tax worked out from the address, all through the payment account you already have. Pierpoint Events runs 43 rentals this way.

Will venue pages really help?

Couples and planners search by venue all the time. A page for each venue you've genuinely worked, with useful detail, is one of the most reliable ways an event company gets found.

Can my inquiry form connect to my booking software?

Often, yes. We look at what you use and connect the form to it. Pierpoint's wedding page opens straight into Cue, the planning platform we build.
